HAARP and GPR

HAARP and GPR.

GPR - Ground Penetrating Radar. Usually, a spacecraft like the NASA/MRO/SHARAD transmits a signal to the surface and receives the return echo. This echo creates a vertical profile from the surface to about 3300 feet below.

Transmitted power - 10 Watts.
Frequency - 15 to 25 MHz. A transmitted HF signal begins at 15Mhz and stops at 25Mhz. A “Chirped” signal.

This research facility also transmits HF frequencies to the Ionosphere and to study Auroral activity.

A hypothesis. The HAARP program is performing radar profiles of the Atmosphere like SHARAD. Instead of transmiting HF signals to the ground, HAARP is transmiting HF to the Atmosphere. The North pole is the most active region of Earth. A region where the Earth’s magnetic field interacts with Solar energy and Solar high energy particles. The Earth’s magnetic field is strongest at the poles.

Something to consider. Instead of transmitting to the atmosphere, this HAARP can transmit to the ground. GPR or Ground Penetrating Radar. Another possibility. Submarine communications. Communicate with submarines using transmissions thru the ground. This submarine communication may only be one way, the submarines do not have the transmitting power to send a return signal.

HAARP is not the only research station. There are similar stations elsewhere.

Better. There is something going on with the surrounding dust/water vapor. Large structures. There are intelligent designs. Dynamically changing and it’s 3D in nature. Regardless of viewing angle, there will be a design.

Comet Hartley 2

Comet Hartley 2.

Comet???

Not in a traditional “dirty snowball” sense. This is an outdated term. But I do remember this term from years ago when comets were a theoretical thing. We are now visiting them.

Comet Hartley 2 looks like an Asteroid.

The out gassing is claimed to be CO2. It maybe water vapor also.

Preliminary observations.

This asteroid underwent a violent process. It seems like a movement of molten mass that cooled and solidified. This explains the smooth area.

Origins of this asteroid is most likely the asteroid belt. Millions of asteroids.

Try to visualize this, take a hot molten spherical mass - an irregular blob. A spinning blob (It is rotating at a 18 hour period - I am assuming end over end). As this blob spins, it begins to elongate due to centripetal forces - ok stretch. As this molten blob cools, it solidifies rapidly to the shape we see.

So, we are seeing something quickly frozen in time and it’s traveling at speed.

An area of interest. Very noticeable.

A reflected view. A constant theme, half portraits.

A couple of questions. Two possibilities.

1. This Asteroid/Comet is occupied by choice. “They” like to live there. Free to come and go as they please.

2. “They” are trapped on this Asteroid. (Why would anyone live on a Asteroid hurling thru space?).

Supposedly, this Asteroid/Comet will break up in another 700 years.

“Barring a catastrophic breakup or major splitting event, the comet should be able to survive up to another 100 apparitions (~700 years) at its current rate of mass loss.”

Apollo 17 Encounter

Apollo 17. The last and final Apollo lunar mission - 1972. Someone else was with them. The astronauts took notice. However, astronauts Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt were not to interact in anyway. A rule that all Apollo astronauts were following, they were looking indirectly.

A unknown hovering object approaching the astronauts.

Harrison Schmitt was well aware of the “visitor” .Note cross hair. Because the cameras were point in shoot instruments, I find it unusual to precisely aim that cross hair, unless Harrison Schmitt was guided or directed.

It seems this “visitor” is wearing a headdress. Probably both ornamental and functional.

Apollo

The Apollo Program. The beginnings of this program led by Wernher Von Braun, the V2. A war time project. I say around 1944 or so.

I will say at this time that I completely understand the war against Germany. I have chosen sides, Germany before 1945.

25 years later. If Germany would of won the war, I say this launch would have been in Germany or even somewhere in Africa. Swastika flag on the rocket in all. A Nationalist Socialist program. An all German project with German speaking Astronauts. Funded by zero interest loans or even grants. Taxes not needed.

Wernher von Braun. Adolf Hitler called him “Professor”. After all, Wernher von Braun was part of the “Intelligentsia” class. A word used by Adolf Hitler.

The Apollo/V2 program was taken over by the “Allies” and brought to the USA. I am beginning to realize that the Apollo Lunar landings will be an unique event. We will never send people back to the Moon, Mars or elsewhere. No Lunar bases and no more manned missions beyond low Earth orbit.

That is why we are doing this 40 years later. Staying homebound.

It is said these taxes are only to pay off the interest on the National debt. Taxes and loans are really one of the same. A strategy.

If I had my way, I have ideas of my own on where to send that mission.

I find it not unusual that NASA is totally ignoring the Centripetal Force rotating space station concept. This idea will really open up the Solar System to manned missions. I did a Google on the Rotating space station concept. I ended up with a college project run by students. I will look for this link later. I did come across the “It’s too difficult” excuse here and there.

There is a lot of stories on super advance propulsion projects. “Anti - Gravity” and such. But, this is just speculation and even disinformation. Disinformation avoiding the real basic issues like Rockets both liquid and Nuclear propelled. It’s very possible that we as Human Beings, Rocket propulsion is the best we can do. Not because we are dumb, it’s because we can only work with materials and energy sources found on Earth.

If there is any advance materials and energy sources out there, it’s only thru further exploration of the Solar System, manned or unmanned, that these sources can be found if there is any. Unless there was a past technological civilization here on Earth that has discovered advance propulsion technologies. This is also speculation and story telling at this time.

Another possibility. “Someone” else has already developed something better than Rockets. The Solar System is 4.5 Billion years old. Our present “high tech” civilization is only 160 years old, since the 1850s the beginnings of the Industrial Revolution.

Hurricane Erin and Ritual Practices

A thought or a theory.

We the USA/Allies, the “Good Guys” defeated the “Bad Guys”. Germany and Japan before 1945.

65 years later, we have a screwball global civilization where someone here on Earth is doing occult practices. This occult practice is allowing a “visitor” to have an active role on Earth. Sculpted Volcano plumes to 911. Or someone here on Earth is working with this “visitor”.

This someone is practicing this occult ritual probably for hundreds of years. Maybe thousands of years. Rothschild, Israel, whoever. A ritual that helps shape long term political goals.

Hurricane Erin was an event that was used to destroy the Twin Towers. An event of non - human intervention. Groups or people here on Earth took advantage of this non - human intervention. If not took advantage, human forces here on Earth help facilitate the events of September 11, 2001. If I was president of the USA and knew of this non human interaction, I would not cooperate. Even try to prevent it. Maybe issue a full evacuation of the buildings before the planes struck. President Bush took full advantage of this event.

He’s advocating a new agency. A new agency will not change a thing. Unless this agency is totally independent of government control and outside interference. A new agency with new relationships with industry and contractors. Lets build a 24 inch RGB color camera and send it to the Moon. Images totally free from politics.

Apollo 17. Both Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt were working together. Performing actions quietly on the side and documenting these actions with photographs.

A hypothesis. Both astronauts do not remember their experiences on the Moon. Not because of old age, I am talking about when they came back. At the very least, only remember scant details.

A sample of this side activity. Read carefully. Both astronauts, Gene Cernan and Harrison Schmitt, are trying to tell us something. After 40 years, this event has not been talked about at all. Question, do they remember this event?

This “rock” does not seem natural. This rock has all the features of something mechanical. A very old, encrusted, and corroded mechanical debris (*). Note vertical slot. It seems there is an outer cover or casing to this object. Note hole on top of this object. It seems this object has been filled in with soil.

For some reason, the astronaut, most likely Harrison Schmitt a professional geologist, quietly scooped up this rock and put it on display. There was something about this so called rock. A rock important enough to treat it in this fashion.

The online journal makes no reference to this action. Nothing was mention at all. This action was done quietly and quickly on the side.

An excerpt of the journal covering this time frame. Time 146:44:18 to 146:44:44 (hrs:mins:secs).

During this time frame - less than 30 seconds, this “rock” was put on display. An action with no indications in the journal. The only actions describe during this time frame are referenced to soil samples.

146:43:42 Cernan: Where are you? You ready to take them back...
146:43:43 Schmitt: I'm back over here. What I want is a sample of this soil off one of these rocks.
146:43:47 Cernan: Okay, let's get that now and then let's get the rake sample. (Pause)
146:43:52 Schmitt: But it looks to me like it's soil that's been thrown up there rather than...(Pause) This rock is about 3 meters in diameter, but it's one of the flat-surfaced rocks. It only stands about - at the most - one-third of a meter high.
146:44:18 Parker: Copy that. (Pause)

146:44:25 Schmitt: But we can get up about a meter from the soil/rock interface and get soil off the rock, I think. (Pause)
146:44:44 Cernan: Okay. See what you can do.
(Using the scoop, Jack skims some soil off the rock, at about knee height. After taking a picture of Jack doing the skimming (AS17-145-22156), Gene opens a bag. Schmitt - "This type of sample would enable you to decide whether dark mantle had been laid down on top of the rocks or whether that material had all just been thrown up there from the regolith surrounding it.")

146:44:51 Cernan: Don't kick up anything new.
146:44:53 Schmitt: No, that's all right.

There is a very interesting passage from the journal……

146:44:51 Cernan: Don't kick up anything new.
146:44:53 Schmitt: No, that's all right.

This brief interchange occurred immediately after the “rock” was put on display. Basically, Gene Cernan told Harrison Schmitt not to show “anything new”. This “anything new” is a reference not to show anymore non-geological “objects”. Objects of a technological nature.

(*) For an airless, near vacuum, Moon environment, this object shows an excessive amount of corrosion. This corrosion raises questions. Questions concerning the Moons past - either geologically or past technological activity.

The occupant of that unknown vehicle is using the volcanic ash as a canvas for art. Art or sculpture. I am certain this unknown is quite aware of the photographer. A reflected view.

I am sure there are more better quality images taken by NASA. I sure would like to see them. Maybe video and scientific measurements. A full scientific investigation.
